Cake {!}

I made a batch of fondant icing tonight.  This weekend I have an order for a paid cake!  (It's been a few months.)  I kind of started to dabble in making decorative cakes last year when my daughter turned 1.  I wanted a cool cake, but didn't want to pay someone to make it.  So, I found a recipe for marshmallow fondant, and went from there!!  I've done just a few cakes over the past year...been paid for a couple, but most are for family birthdays, or friend's baby showers, etc.   Anyway - I'm going to do a few separate posts with pics of the cakes I've done so far, just in case this thing takes off.  :)  I use the fondant recipe, a homemade buttercream, and Betty Crocker cake mixes.  (Gotta take shortcuts somewhere!!)
